東南網(wǎng)澳大利亞站9月5日訊(本站記者 林佳慧)9月2日下午,伯樂(lè)國(guó)際集團(tuán)在悉尼主辦了一場(chǎng)以“提升企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力”為主題的華人企業(yè)研討會(huì)。作為主講人,中國(guó)東方航空公司大洋洲總經(jīng)理張笑西,通過(guò)其公司的真實(shí)案例現(xiàn)身說(shuō)法,為到場(chǎng)的在澳中資企業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)人講解:如何在澳洲法律環(huán)境中建立一個(gè)安全合法的人力資源管理體系。

研討會(huì)上,張笑西提出,作為大型中資企業(yè),尤其是在全世界都有分支部門(mén)的中資背景企業(yè),了解并熟悉當(dāng)?shù)氐膭诠しㄊ翘嵘髽I(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的基礎(chǔ)。在大多數(shù)的英聯(lián)邦國(guó)家,商業(yè)法和公司法是相通的,但每一個(gè)地區(qū)的勞工法則有不同的規(guī)定。在澳大利亞,對(duì)于不同行業(yè)中包括招聘員工、簽署合同、裁員和解雇等在內(nèi)的幾乎每一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),勞工法都有明確規(guī)定。如今越來(lái)越多的中資企業(yè)為發(fā)展市場(chǎng)走出國(guó)門(mén),最重要的還是要“走本土化,按規(guī)矩辦事”,為中資企業(yè)樹(shù)立良好的品牌名譽(yù)。

會(huì)上,來(lái)自其他中資企業(yè)的負(fù)責(zé)人也就關(guān)于澳洲勞工法的問(wèn)題表達(dá)了自己的想法和意見(jiàn)。伯樂(lè)集團(tuán)負(fù)責(zé)人也向與會(huì)嘉賓介紹了澳洲勞工法的基本框架和可能在雇傭關(guān)系中遇到的問(wèn)題,討論氣氛十分熱烈,活動(dòng)取得了良好的效果。

Workshop:To enhance the core competitiveness of Chinese enterprises in Australia held successfully

On the afternoon of 2nd September, a workshop with the theme of ‘To enhance the core competitiveness of Enterprises’ was held by Polyglot Group in Sydney. Keynote Speaker, Kathy Zhang, the General Manager of Oceania region, China Eastern Airlines, made a speech about how to establish a safe and legal Human Resource System under the Australian Law environment.
In the workshop, Kathy Zhang had introduced her own experiences of dealing with law suits under the Australian Labor Act. Kathy Zhang mentioned the cooperated relationship between China Eastern Airlines and Polyglot Group. The representatives from other Chinese enterprises in Australia had also revealed their opinions and questions.
